Satisfied with service. Car update was not completed as scheduled so arrangements were made for alternative vehicle until repairs were completed after the weekend. Having an EV and being provided a gasoline based alternative doubled my energy bill for the affected period. The only complaint I have. However, everything went well and I am satisfied with the results. More

Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later. We waited at the dealership and got some questions answered by serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later.
