Frustrating! The staff is friendly! However, my rating is based on the customer service. I have a brand new 2019 Ranger with transmission problems. It was taken The staff is friendly! However, my rating is based on the customer service. I have a brand new 2019 Ranger with transmission problems. It was taken in multiple times and the service department couldn't figure out what is wrong it. They had my truck for over 2 weeks and not once did the service advisor Noelle call me to give me status of what was going on. I had to call in and ask for status. Even if they still couldn't figure it out, a phone call to let me at least know that is better than their silence. Meanwhile, my loaner wasn't even close to an equivalent of my car. I had to drive a small compact loaner car that I bumped my head each time I got in and out of it. One of the times I called Noelle to ask for the status of my truck, she said they ordered a part and it would take 4 days to come in and to give them another couple days to install it and test drive it. She said she would give me a call when the part came in. No phone call. Not only is it disappointing to have a brand new truck that isn't driving right, it is extremely frustrating to be inconvenienced by having to take the truck in and get serviced, and for them to figure out what's wrong. This takes time out of my busy schedule. Never in a million years did I ever think I'd buy a new vehicle and have this kind of problem. I'm ready to give up on Ford!!! More
Great service department I have been going to Cutter Mitsubishi in Aiea since 2014 to service my Mitsubishi Mirage. Excellent Service Liz Fontes coordinated the service for my Ford Escape. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had originally considered catching the Liz Fontes coordinated the service for my Ford Escape. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had originally considered catching the shuttle home to wait for my vehicle to be service. Liz explained that my wait time would not be long and that my vehicle would be finished before the shuttle could get me home. Sure enough, a very short while later my vehicle was finished and I was on my way to go about the rest of my day. I also want to comment on the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting room. The waiting room was very pleasant although I didn't spend much time there. I will be back for future service. More

no one cares this is my second time having to bring my mustang to them and it never gets better. my AC evaporator went bad after just 10K miles. the customer serv this is my second time having to bring my mustang to them and it never gets better. my AC evaporator went bad after just 10K miles. the customer service rep gave me no clear answers as to why it went out and made it seem like this was a natural thing to break after only 10K miles. I also asked if the new part was a upgraded or different version and the rep had no idea. I asked since he told me i had a new 2 year warranty on the new evaporator...which doesn't help when my part died after 3 years!!!! this is my last ford.... More

Great Service. I purchased my 2008 (used) Ford Ranger Sport 4x4 ten years ago from this dealer. Have had all my regular services and repairs done here every since. I purchased my 2008 (used) Ford Ranger Sport 4x4 ten years ago from this dealer. Have had all my regular services and repairs done here every since. Last week, I stopped in to see my service advisor (Kellie Sue Walroth) to schedule ignition and door lock replacement for my truck. Sad to say, my service advisor of ten years was gone. Well, Noell Bylaardt was there and jumped into the void. She said that Kellie moved to Germany and said she could check on parts and appointment availability and cost estimate and call me. Within 1/2 hour, I received a good price and appointment. Noell was out there at check in. Great job! Noell is my new service advisor! More
