SUV Upgrade - Very Positive Experience This was our 1st time leasing so we had a lot of questions. Our leasing agent was very friendly, customer service oriented, professional and courteou This was our 1st time leasing so we had a lot of questions. Our leasing agent was very friendly, customer service oriented, professional and courteous. I asked a lot of questions, some of which he answered, some of which he didn't have the answer to, and others he semi answered which still left us not completely understanding exactly what we were possibly getting into. Ultimately he put me in contact with a more senior member of the team who was able to answer all of our questions and put our minds at ease. I suspected our leasing agent was new in position. The other team member confirmed that to be the case. What he lacked in company/process knowledge he made up for in customer service. There's always a learning curve in a new position, but the important part is although he didn't know all the answers he provided a resource that did know them. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to provide that resource earlier in the process. We ended up with a different vehicle than we were originally interested in, but we are super-happy with what we got! Our leasing agent suggested an alternate vehicle based on our specific situation so we're now in a vehicle we love and that makes more financial sense for us. More
