He truly takes time to listen to your questions or concerns and does a great job at explaining details. This time we found ourselves needing to get a bigger car for a new baby, and he was so good to help us find the right one for us. The process of getting the car was painless and enjoyable and under an hour. Because of D&M’s model, we were able to choose from all the car brands and not be limited. Condae did the hard work to find the exact model for us as well as all the financial paperwork. It was great! I would truly recommend D&M and Condae Thomas to anyone. They always take care of us, offer competitive pricing, and is a joy to work with. More

I finally called Katie out of frustration and out of options and she should have been my first call. She made sure I was taken care of and took the right measures that I did not pay what the dealership wanted me to pay. She’s been amazing. More

Once my frustration level hit max, I called a colleague who had bragged on Katie one day when we were having lunch. He has used Katie for years and insisted that she was the best. I called her, told her what I wanted, along with the features desired, gave her my information to complete a credit ap and she called me back the next day to tell me she found the car. She let me know the price, told me it would be ready the next morning and so that I didn’t end up with 2 cars at the dealership, she arranged for the sales person to pick me up at my house. My buddy was right - Katie is outrageous! She completely removed me from the segment of a car buying experience that’s distasteful. I will definitely retain her contact information so the next car can be obtained in the same manner. More
