Honestly, an Outstanding Experience I don't think I can describe how positive of an experience I had with D&M in general, and with Mr. Welch specifically. He has been my agent for the la I don't think I can describe how positive of an experience I had with D&M in general, and with Mr. Welch specifically. He has been my agent for the last two cars I have gotten and I can't see myself going anywhere else for a new car in the future. My first experience was with a very premium car, one that a few dealerships told me couldn't be had without paying their "market adjustment fee," and a six month delay. A week after I spoke with Mr. Welch he found me the exact car I wanted, without any extra fees, and had it on its way to me. Another week and he got it to me where I lived in Abilene. For the second vehicle, he and the team at D&M found me a great truck and arranged for (and paid for!) my travel back to the DFW area to pick it up. I really don't know how I could ask for more from anyone. I have already passed along Mr. Welch's contact information to friends and family when they were looking for a new vehicle and would happily do the same for anyone else looking. Truly outstanding service, I cannot recommend anyone else to come close to the service I have received. More
