Very Satisfied with the Service Finding the D&M Leasing here in Dallas was like a miracle to me and my family. I had been searching for a family car in the last 3 months, but either Finding the D&M Leasing here in Dallas was like a miracle to me and my family. I had been searching for a family car in the last 3 months, but either is was too big and to expensive plus high gas mileage etc... By miracle, I was referred here by someone, I was skeptical, I've been here for the last 15 years and never heard about D&M Leasing. David Lang gave me a call within few hours, we spoke and I asked tons of questions, his patience, and professionalism led me to have a second conversation since I was at work. The following meeting David Lang really made everything easy to comprehend about buying car from him. After searching different cars of my request, I could not image how and where he got what exactly I wanted. An SUV, with 3rd roll seat, not too big, so that my wife can drive it without any problem, and also in the price range I was looking for. Other processes went smoothly as well and the PLUS SATISFACTION is that himself delivered the car to my work place. Life is to busy to buy a vehicle I'm on my 3rd lease and unfortunately my 3rd d&m sales guy too! We have been really lucky though. Mark called me when he took over my previous lease f I'm on my 3rd lease and unfortunately my 3rd d&m sales guy too! We have been really lucky though. Mark called me when he took over my previous lease from my previous sales person. My wife had some small issues with the dealer backing out of free oil changes- no fault of Mark's but he stepped in and tried to assist. When it was time to figure out what we wanted to do on our lease, I called Mark and told him exactly what we wanted. Please keep in mind I have kids and we are super busy with football practices, work etc. Mark couldn't have been more helpful. I don't have time to go and haggle with a dealer and honestly It's not something I want to do with my time. D&m has made the process so easy and painless since our first lease. Mark got us exactly what we wanted and the best thing about Mark is he did all the hardwork for us. He came to my house with a beautiful new vehicle. Exactly how we wanted. He told me it would take 15 mins and sure enough 15 -20 mins later we were on our way to our son's football practice in the new vehicle. Thanks Mark for the world class service and making this so easy!!! Additionally if you are on the fence on leasing talk to Mark. So far d&m leasing makes sense for my family. We are in the vehicle for the best years of the vehicles life. Under warranty, no huge down payments like you'd normally have to make at a dealership, 15k mile/yr even though we went over a bit last time I didn't have to come out of pocket a dime and a monthly payment that fits the budget.
