How many hours have we all collectively spent for the "best deal" while some guy goes back and forth with a piece of paper while we sit in an uncomfortable chair, the pungent aroma of burnt coffee, ear deafening loud speakers, finally for some guy in a logo golf shirt, bathed in cologne trying to beat us down on some option or price. So, as an avid listener to the miscreants at the TICKET in Dallas, hearing the D and M ad so many times I was moved by the voices to contact D and M. Wow, I have bought BMW's Mercedes, Cadillac's and all I can say is that D and M is truly the best I could ever imagine. Mike Welch, handled our entire deal, delivered the car, full tank of gas, a perfect 2015 GMC Yukon Denali, Loaded even had the Mav's theme song playing, (not really, but it sounds good) Mike delivered the contract, paperwork and actually answered phone calls, (another first with dealerships). Based upon our experience with Mike, our business leased four additional vehicles through the commercial division, Jerry Haddad is our "go to guy" now.
