He made sure that I wasn't wasting my time, found me the car I wanted faster than expected, and even lowered my current payment. Mark went above and beyond to help me with trying to get out of my current lease with as little pain as possible and he succeeded. He also helped me with finding a vendor to replace my existing vehicle's windshield and did all the work for me! Never Lets Me Down...Not Once. I called Mark because I had been driving a sports car and wanted a truck, I told him I wanted to stay within what my payments were from the last vehic I called Mark because I had been driving a sports car and wanted a truck, I told him I wanted to stay within what my payments were from the last vehicle I leased from him, he went right to work, We did a bunch of email and text back and forth and found me the perfect truck and even LOWERED my payments!! Yes LOWERED! I am a D&M customer for life and despite what so called "Financial guru's" say about leasing I am in it to win it! If your doubting the honesty of D&M or Mark don't! It was very refreshing to deal a a person of his caliber meaning, he did what he said he was going to do and communicated everthing to where you understood exactly what was going to take place. Customer Service at it's best... Ty delivered my wife's new car to our house which was something in itself and took our trade in back with him. Everthing about this experience was about making sure the customers expectations were exceeded and believe me they were.
