The Customer is Always number 1!! If you didn't know Doug was leasing agent, you might say he was like your best friend, always looking out for your best interests. I had given Doug a request for a vehicle that I knew would be somewhat difficult to find and secure, but certainly nothing out of the ordinary for D&M. Come to find out as Doug proceeded with his search, the vehicle I wanted, was very limited in supply not only in the Dallas area but throughout the US. The dealers which had the car in stock or on order would not sell it for anything less than a substantial markup in the MSRP. That did not deter Doug from continually searching for the car and getting the dealer to drop the additional markup. During the journey, we looked at several alternatives that just didn't fit my requirements. I decided after several weeks to go in another direction and now have a vehicle which I am very happy with including the upgraded audio system by Audio Pros of DFW (ask Doug about this!). During this long process, Doug kept me informed at every step, always making sure both he and dealer networks he represents were doing everything they could to satisfy the customer and live up to the high expectations of D&M Leasing.
