Having lost my dream car in the recent flash flood, I was stressed and anxious about finding a replacement I loved as much. I dragged him through the warehouse three times in 90+ heat checking out everything in their inventory. Never once did he try to ditch me (though I wouldn't have blamed him if he had). Once I found the perfect vehicle, it was out of my price range. Not one to give up, Doug managed to work his magic and made my day. He's by far, the most patient, kind, and honest person I've dealt with, and my experience with D & M has always been great. I'll be sticking with Doug like sharks on chum! More

This was my first time to lease a vehicle, I knew absolutely nothing about it but knew with the way I like to trade leasing would be a better option f This was my first time to lease a vehicle, I knew absolutely nothing about it but knew with the way I like to trade leasing would be a better option for me. I sent in a request for more info on the main website and within about 20 minutes Tony Gables called me and we spent a few minutes discussing my wants and needs, he proceeded to tell me more about different programs D&M offered, after our discussion we settled on a program that best suited my wants and needs and he called back within a few hours having located the exact vehicle I had described to him, he sent me the pics and info, agreed to the terms, drove to Dallas a few days later and took delivery. Very painless and was able to actually enjoy to whole process without getting mad and having to "deal" with the manager to see if we could get a better deal.... Will not be buying another truck the regular dealership way again, this was very enjoyable. Thanks Again Tony!! More
