He promised to get me the SUV I wanted with 99% of the options and a few days later I am happy as a peacock. Mark was wonderful. Explained everything. Listened to your needs and not just listen but made sure to follow through. He is very personable. He genuinely cares that you get the car you desire/want. Mark has always found the car we needed and when we were in Texas he brought the car and all of the paperwork already done to the house. After a few signatures, I had the car! No hassel and no waiting. We moved to Colorado 2 years ago and Mark may not deliver the car himself, but we have gotten the same great service with front door deliverary 1200 miles away! Mark is a great salesman and a great friend. BTW, we have bought 3 used cars from Mark and have leased 3 new cars from him. He has also helped us find the best value for repairs and other car services when we need it and once we left Texas, he took a personal interest in our oldest son, Ben, who stayed in Texas. Anytime Ben has a car question, Mark is always there to help him. I am glad to have this piece of mind. More

He helps to structure the financials to meet with the customer's budget and he takes care to ensure the customer is protected in case of an unexpected problem with the car .. namely gap insurance for any difference in value versus what is owed in a total loss. I plan to continue to work with Jack and D&M for my future leasing needs. More

Doug Kubet: Secured a Very Exclusive Vehicle! Christmastime last year, I decided it was time for a new vehicle, and what I wanted was difficult for MANY people and dealerships across the country t Christmastime last year, I decided it was time for a new vehicle, and what I wanted was difficult for MANY people and dealerships across the country to aquire. The 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited TRD Pro (only available in 3 colors and NOT on any Toyota dealership lots) was, I thought, a shot in the dark. I called D&M, and was immediately contacted by Doug, who asked me EVERYTHING I was looking for in a lease. I explained 1) foremost, I had to have this TRD Pro, in black, or no deal. 2) It was Christmas, so I was busy, and I didn't return calls immediately to say "let's do this NOW." Doug's patience won me over. No nagging, high pressure sales; when I finally said OK, he took all my information and found the best program to fit my needs. When I agreed to put the deposit on this vehicle, I received a call the next day: "Man, I was checking out that SUV....you REALLY are talking about an exclusive vehicle!" ...."But, it's been ordered, and they are building it at the Port." It wasn't a few more days that I got the call to come pick it up. I am STILL reading on forums that people CANNOT get one of these 4Runners especially in their color preference...DOUG DID. The day I picked it up, he even drove my old vehicle back for me since I didn't bring anyone with me. I have recommended Doug to EVERYONE who has complimented me on the TR4, and will continue to do so. I guess you can say I have become a customer for life. More

It became obvious very quickly that Mark’s mission was to make sure I got the vehicle(s) I wanted.
