Easiest car buying experience ever We dreaded looking for a new car because of all the sales people, time, credit, paperwork, etc. But from the first time I spoke with Doug, everything We dreaded looking for a new car because of all the sales people, time, credit, paperwork, etc. But from the first time I spoke with Doug, everything was a walk in the park. I told him what we wanted, and within a day he had me several options. We literally drove over to his office, signed a few papers that were ready and waiting, and drove away with our new car. It was that simple. That's been 2 years ago and we have heard from Doug several times throughout the year just checking in to see how everything was going. I called him again today. We are ready for another car. And I know Doug will take great care of us. More
