Quick, Simple & Painless! I never expected to lease a car, but after a serious accident resulting in a total loss, I only had a rental car for a short period of time, most of w I never expected to lease a car, but after a serious accident resulting in a total loss, I only had a rental car for a short period of time, most of which was spent recovering, seeing doctors, physical therapy, dealing with insurance agencies, interviewing attorneys and all the other headaches that come with car wrecks. Obviously the LAST thing I wanted was to worry about being haggled by a car salesman/dealership. Luckily I was referred to D&M by a family friend and I am still extremely happy with the entire experience! At our initial meeting, Doug asked what I wanted and, unfortunately for him, I'm extremely indecisive and hadn't really anticipated going car shopping, so he had very little to go on other than the few thousand features I liked and wouldn't mind having. I did give him one car I thought looked nice (and is also the car I proudly drive today!). Sure enough, the next day, he had a couple options to test drive. Between the two options, every need, want, specification, etc. I'd mentioned was met in some way or another. Then, before I knew it, at the end of the week, Doug brought my car and the paperwork to sign directly to my office, then even followed me to return my rental. Couldn't have been any less painless of a process!!!! He has even come to my rescue when I locked my keys in my car within the first month or two of having my new car! He continues to be responsive, very helpful and he is just solid in general... Would recommend him to anyone (I do so quite often) and even convinced my Dad to lease too. More
