Easy, no hassle, best experience getting a car, ever! My wife and I have bought used, from a private party, used from a dealer, new from a dealer, but our by far best experience has been with Doug at D&M. My wife and I have bought used, from a private party, used from a dealer, new from a dealer, but our by far best experience has been with Doug at D&M. We made a phone call, answered some questions about what we were looking for, discussing concerns about spacing for growing family, etc. Doug was patient with us and got us a great deal for me to finally get a pickup truck (Dodge RAM) like I had been wanting but didn't think was feasible for gas mileage, etc. We won't ever go back to a dealer and hassle or haggle with them again. We were so happy with Doug, after taking delivery of my new truck, my wife traded in her car and leased a new Jeep Patriot through D&M with Doug as well. I think part of D&M's success, is they shop around with different lenders to make sure you are getting the best deal on the vehicle AND the best financing terms you can get with your credit. This is my second lease from D&M and could possibly be a customer for life. Mark has been with me through the entire deal from start to finish. He kept me completely in the loop from the get go. I was a little uncertain how the transition worked from going into a new lease. The best part of this whole thing is I didn't have to do anything. Mark did everything . All I did was tell him what I was interested in and not only did he do everything for me, he brought the vehicle to me! For someone with two jobs and very little free time, that was a huge plus for me. Now I'm in the best vehicle I've ever owned and tip my hat to you Mark Meyer and D&M. Keep up the good work! More
