I have never had this exceptional of an experience when buying a vehicle. In fact this is my first time to lease a vehicle. I know that he will tell you that I put him through the ringer getting me prices on many, many vehicles. My wife and I finally decided on a 2012 Honda Pilot. His customer service went way and beyond the normal for these many days, weeks even months. This is huge because customer service has gone downhill in a major way in all service and retail industries. My wife and I leased two cars and sent several friends to Autoflex prior to meeting Mark at D&M. Things changed in my daily commute and I desperately needed to get out of my lease much sooner than the term I Autoflex prior to meeting Mark at D&M. Things changed in my daily commute and I desperately needed to get out of my lease much sooner than the term I was in. Autoflex spent less than a day to determine that there was no way that I could get into something else with better gas mileage and maintain my payment. I was just way too upside down. Out of curiosity I contacted Mark at D&M, and I'm very thankful that I did! Mark worked his tail off for me and communicated everything that he was doing in order to meet my needs. He didn't just find me one solution, but instead was able to give me options on different models. As a result, I was able to get out of my gas guzzling SUV and into a loaded 2012 Honda Accord, and my payments did not go up. I was not an "ideal" customer due to my trade-in situation. That never deterred Mark from helping me. I felt like he took it personal and wanted me in a better situation as much as I did! My wife and I will ALWAYS have Mark handle our leases in the future. Daren has taken great care of my own car and that of a number of my clients. If I'm willing to refer my clients his way that indicates my confidence in him to do the right thing and treat them with the r number of my clients. I was taken care of by Jacob Byrd with feet on the ground and running as soon as I called. He brought the car to my work and we completed the final papers at my desk within about 15 minutes.
