She did all of the research for me, structured the deal in the way that made that made the most financial sense for me, presented me with all of the options and brought the whole process directly to me. She even handled the turn-in of my trade, had all the aftermarket options installed on the new vehicle for me and delivered the vehicle. I didn't have to go anywhere, negotiate any rates or deal with anything in general. On top of all that, she is absolutely of the most genuine and pleasant people I've ever worked with. This was our first time ever leasing and so we were nervous when my lease was up how it was going to turn out but it was fantastic so thats why we decided to do it again. My lease was actually up in July but due to Covid the bank extended my lease by two months (twice) LOl. I have been in line for a new escalade and changed my mind recently and went with a new 2021 yukon denali. So glad I did. Great experience overall!!! More
