Cheryl was just great! She was extremely professional and patient with me. We first spoke over the phone over a year ago but it was just never the right time. She patiently followed up with me on a regular basis. I always had something more important to do for family than buy a car. Finally, I was faced with a very serious auto accident which required immediate attention, since my previous car was totaled. One phone call got it all rolling. Cheryl remembered every last detail of the van my family would need and within a day and a half, had it located and delivered to my home. My wife is thrilled.
