My First Leasing Experience This was my first leasing experience. My first call was to D&M Leasing and Thomas Torma was so fantastic, I knew from my first call this was the comp This was my first leasing experience. My first call was to D&M Leasing and Thomas Torma was so fantastic, I knew from my first call this was the company to use. Thomas was extremely patient as I asked all my questions and sometimes had to ask for clarification when I didn’t understand something. His attention to detail and commitment to getting me the exact vehicle to make me happy was his main concern which was greatly appreciated. His follow-up was outstanding. Since it was my first leasing experience, when we worked out details I asked him to just give me a day to reflect and process and he gave me the space I needed before “locking in on the deal.” I also appreciated Thomas’ main philosophy of “whatever you decide, including not leasing the car, at the end he want you to be happy.” There was never any pressure. We all know how that negotiating with a car deal can be grueling. Interacting with Thomas never felt like that. He was forthright and honest. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! FYI, I ended up buying an Audi Q8. I’m not sure what financing option I may chose in the future; but if it is a lease, Thomas will continue to get my business. More

Chris Stewart has been our main contact on all of our deals. Chris epitomizes friendly, focused customer service that the D&M reputation is all about. He analyzed our particular situation concerning both of our vehicles and came up with the perfect solution in a smooth and rapid fashion. In just a short time the deal was done and we are very happy with the result. Like many people, I am not fond of the car dealership exercise, but I find the D &M process the absolute best alternative way to lease our vehicles. They do indeed live up to their advertisement.
