Melanie Champion has just taken over my account from Cheryl Seidner (who has been promoted) and she has carried on the excellent service. Although I do miss meeting with my agent when the vehicle is delivered so that I can personally thank her (as DM now has a delivery driver). With the electronic documents now, everything is done through email! More
