Michael contacted me for the first time in July and continued to be of service while periodically checking on me until I finally found the car I wanted ( in November). He never became frustrated with me and was always willing to provide help. Jeff Cole was insightful and provided great information so that I was able to make a good decision. The office even provided my daughter with things to color so that she didn't become restless through the paperwork.
