He asked us several questions about what we were looking for and had a Jeep Grand Cherokee to show us within the same business day. The Jeep was above and beyond what we thought we would get. He worked a miracle in getting the payments where we needed them to be even with a few credit issues. We had our Jeep in 48 hours. Best Truck buying experince ever! I was in the middle of changing jobs and training out of town for a week. I spoke with Darrel Williams on the phone and explained the situation and my I was in the middle of changing jobs and training out of town for a week. I spoke with Darrel Williams on the phone and explained the situation and my time frame for getting into my new truck. He listened and delivered exactly what I asked for. We did everything over the phone in a couple of conversations discussing the options he provided. He emailed me pictures and details of the vehicles. We schedule a meeting time and I was out in about 20 minutes with keys to my new truck! Darrel was very conscientious and thoughtful with every part of our dealings.
