Outstanding Customer Allegiance and Service I was referred to D&M Leasing by Erica Greene from Nicole Thomas, a close and personal friend of mine who bragged on how D&M Leasing helped her financ I was referred to D&M Leasing by Erica Greene from Nicole Thomas, a close and personal friend of mine who bragged on how D&M Leasing helped her financed a new 2018 Acura. Erica and Nicole were extremely excited about disclosing their experience with D&M with me. I asked them for generalities as well as specifics about their experience and they could not stop talking about how much support and customer service was provided to them from employees who worked at D&M Leasing. This led me to believe I could share in a similar experience so I contacted Matthew Doinidis and he promptly returned my phone call. During the phone call, he explained to me the process and committed to helping me locate the right car that suited my needs. Originally, I was targeting a SV, Dodge Durango, to be exact and when I discussed with Matthew cost and long-term factors, he offered his expert advice that saved me a lot of money moving forward. His expert assessment was based upon years of experience in the field which made me feel even more comfortable about working with he and his staff. Commitment and competence were a couple of his strengths as he demonstrated calling me on time every time with accurate information and suggestions. I never purchased a vehicle over-the-phone and online without seeing it and I am pretty sure I will not be going back to the car dealership experiencing aggressive approaches from various sales personnel. Matthew worked with me and my car care needs and in less then 48 hours, they were met and I had a new vehicle and one I was completely satisfied with that met all of my immediate needs. I appreciate his candor and drive. I appreciate the organizations mission and vision for wanting to help customers. He even met with me to bring me the vehicle!
