Best car deal experience EVER! I was recently contacted by Melanie Guilmenot (leasing manager) and she advised me that I was in a good financial position to turn in my current lease I was recently contacted by Melanie Guilmenot (leasing manager) and she advised me that I was in a good financial position to turn in my current lease of a 2010 Honda Accord before the term ended. Melanie discussed numerous options available to me and informed me that I would be able to lease a new vehicle at this time that would be only slightly more expensive that leasing yet another used car. I met with Melanie at a local Honda dealership the next day (on a Saturday!) and after reviewing several Honda models I settled on a CR-V EX. At that point, Melanie informed me that my job was done and that she would handle the sometimes unpleasant price negotiations with the dealership. I spent less than one hour selecting my new car, Melanie handled all of the negotiations with the sales department and obtained an excellent deal, saving me well over $3000! On Monday afternoon she personally delivered my new car to me at my workplace and had me sign all of the paperwork electronically at my desk. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I then handed over the keys to my 2010 Honda Accord and the deal was finished. This was the best car deal experience I have ever had.... and my first deal was in 1979! No hassles, no bargaining, saved a lot of money, and got EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted...and D&M Leasing did all the work for me! The whole affair was quick, easy, nearly effortless and actually very pleasant. Melanie is friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. She cares about her clients and her customer service skills are simply awesome. I can recommend D&M Leasing without reservation... and I am already referring my friends to Melanie! More

Painless Experience This was the first time that I actually bought or leased a new car on line. Thomas brought the exact car we wanted to our home to look it over and This was the first time that I actually bought or leased a new car on line.
