Save hours and never buy directly from a dealership again! Cheryl was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and efficient! It took me over 7 hours to buy my Mercedes S550 at Mercedes in Sugar Land, (longer tha Cheryl was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and efficient! It took me over 7 hours to buy my Mercedes S550 at Mercedes in Sugar Land, (longer than to buy my house!) In contrast, over the phone, Cheryl with D&M helped us pick the right car and options, and find the car for the best price, and purchase options. When we arrived at her centrally located office, the paperwork was waiting for us. We were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was waiting in her parking lot. She even saw to it that the windows were tinted to order and arranged for the seats to be customized before delivery to her office! I can't imagine purchasing a car in the future any other way than with Cheryl and D&M. Thanks! More

Darrel made sure that I was fully satisfied and also made me aware of my options given my credit score and history(which I was skeptical about) But given that he placed me in something bigger and better less mileage and about 170$ less of a note than what I was paying before and made sure I was taking care of in two days and only reason being that long is because he was trying to find me something to help me out knowing I was a single mother with two kids trying to move soon.
