First time leasing, and it was the best experience by far! I worked with Thomas Stubblefield for my lease. He explained everything to me and provided me several options to consider and even gave me scenarios for financing vs. leasing. Purchasing a car in the past has always been such a hassle and headache and took all day at the dealership. With Thomas and D&M, I was able to get the exact car I wanted, finances and options done in less than half a day all by phone or email. No need to go anywhere, he came to our house to sign documents and then delivered the car! Amazing, and wonderful especially being 7 months pregnant. The entire process was smooth, and I love knowing I can reach out to him for anything I need. He responds so quickly, and is always willing to help! Jeff and Lee are awesome! This is our second lease through D&M and unlike most sequels, the 2nd time around was even better! My first Leasing Agent wasn't available so I dealt This is our second lease through D&M and unlike most sequels, the 2nd time around was even better! My first Leasing Agent wasn't available so I dealt with his manager, Jeff Cole. Jeff was really good at listening to what our next needs were and once we finalize the make and model, he walked me through the process which made things very easy! He always called me back when he said he would and just plain treated me with professional courtesy. To make a long story short, he offered to have the car we were interested in driven to our home for a test drive. That was very cool! We never had to drive to a dealership! Although this was our 2nd time, we test drove our last vehicle from D&M at a local dealership(which was before we approached D&M). This is when we met Lee Bowels who became our leasing agent. He, like Jeff, was fantastic! Very down to earth and informative. Super friendly and made us feel comfortable about the entire transaction. Once we decided to sign the contract, Lee had the vehicle saved for us and detailed. It was so cool to see our brand new family wagon sitting in our driveway just before we signed the paperwork(we used our breakfast table as the office). Again, NEVER had to go to a dealership. If you are curious about the price, Jeff and Lee was able to get us a great deal! All in all, we are very happy with D&M and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle! Kudos to Jeff and Lee for their excellent customer service! More
