Straightforward, no nonsense, excellent service and pricing I've leased through DNM 3 times now. Brad gave us the most competitive price and highlighted exactly what the out of pocket costs would be. He also added some nice customer retention perks on top. We also knew that with Brad there were no hidden fees or addons at the time of contract signing (in contrast to our past experiences in the dealerships). Very straightforward and transparent process. Brad got us out of our old lease early (without fees etc), and drove the new car to our house for us to sign all the paperwork in the comfort of our home. He then drove away with our old car. Talk about convenience! In addition, we've found Brad to be extremely responsive to ANY question or concern we've had about the car during the duration of our past leases. Very honest, very straightforward guy. Shop around, and then call Brad. He will beat any deal that's out there. The service he provides is just bonus. More
