Never thought i could be so easy! We contacted Matthew a few days before Christmas and wanted to get more info on their leasing program. It had been 10+ years since we last leased a ve We contacted Matthew a few days before Christmas and wanted to get more info on their leasing program. It had been 10+ years since we last leased a vehicle. He took his time and did an excellent job explaining and making sure we had a good understanding of our options. He also made sure we discussed what would work best for our situation. Once we got all of that straightened out. We told Matthew the vehicles we were interested in and he went to work. And within a couple of days (12/28) he called and said he found the exact vehicle we wanted with all the options we requested. Signing the paperwork was a breeze. Matthew finished the way he started making sure we were comfortable with the entire process. We cannot thank Matthew enough for making this a great experience. As I kept listening to radio advertisements on KTRK 740 am radio, I said what the heck. So I gave it a try and the experience was way better than expected. My wife chose her vehicle, called D&M, vehicle delivered to my home within a day (excluding weekend), and paperwork was signed during my lunch break. Overall the process took two days. Happy wife, happy life :). Melanie was awesome!!!! She communicated and even delivered the vehicle. Totally recommend D&M Leasing!! More
