Car leasing made easy I am new to Houston and it was time to get a new car. As I had not developed any type of relationship with any dealership, I was at a loss as to wher I am new to Houston and it was time to get a new car. As I had not developed any type of relationship with any dealership, I was at a loss as to where to start. I know Cheryl from the Rotary Club of Houston, and as a fellow Rotarian I decided to use her services. This is the first time I ever even thought of using a service to help me find a car. Deceptive practice I never have had an urge to write a reveiw on any company. But the lack of response to my multie request is now creating anxiety and stress. Casey my I never have had an urge to write a reveiw on any company. But the lack of response to my multie request is now creating anxiety and stress. Casey my sales guy was great on our first new vehicle lease. On the second one however things got dicey. Lack of disclosure and deception on the numbers when asked created a cloud of doubt about the whole transaction. I was very specific and extremely clear on my objectives concerning my trade. After the signing I began to ask a few more questions and was given the run around and he acted very uninformed. Before hand he was the most knowledgeable guy in the industry. I asked for a payoff and suddenly he didn't know what it was. "Wait for the finance company to book it in and then ask them" I was told. The mysterious response was a red flag. How much was applied to the trade? No clue. How much was the rebate that was applied? No clue. That's when I became extremely frustrated and demanded out. To this day not one of them have given me clear and specific measures to early terminate. Jeff parading as the boss, after asked multiple times to send me what ever I need to do to get out has yet to comply after almost 2 weeks of request, delays again. Oh I need to appraise the brand new 2018 f150 before I'll know. Another stall tactic. I take it in, it's pristine just as when delivered, and still nothing. Clearly this will take legal action to get resolve. Hind site, any dealer could offer the same options and deal. Yes it's nice to have the work done for you and delivered but after you dig deeper, the fees are much higher and you don't own it. After I pay 900 for 60 months I'll still owe 20k. (18 to be exact, as if it's any easier to accept). Honestly and disclosure are the best policy. But the cloak and dagger method only works in the movies. It's hit or miss I'm sure pending the deal. This one was a total fail. Casey did accept responsibility and admitted he should've disclosed more information so we could come to a logical conclusion. However, I'm still waiting......... More
