I'm a very pleased repeat customer! Prior to last December, I'd never leased a car. Decided to look into it, and Troy took my call late one afternoon. By the weekend, he had the three cars we wanted to test drive at his office for us to try out. He made it so easy, I actually leased the CR-V we test drove that afternoon, and Troy delivered it to our house the first evening we were available the following week. So, when I decided to get a new car for myself less than a year later, I didn't even consider looking elsewhere--called Troy, and he found the car I wanted, I did a test drive on a Friday afternoon, and, again, he delivered it to our house at the beginning of the following week. He's a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and answers all questions very directly--no beating around the bush--and his follow-up is exceptional. He's a great representative for his company, and I highly recommend him, without reservation! More
