Successful Transition I was involved in a Car Accident in which my vehicle was totaled. I contacted my representative, Cheryl Seidner and she was sympathetic and empatheti I was involved in a Car Accident in which my vehicle was totaled. I contacted my representative, Cheryl Seidner and she was sympathetic and empathetic with my situation. She showed concern, first about my physical condition, and then assured me that we could get through this situation without too much inconvenience. My accident was October 9th, and my new car arrived yesterday October 25th. I wanted to get the same type of vehicle that I had before, but I wanted a larger model. Cheryl came to the rescue. She got me the car I wanted with the equipment I wanted and made it fit into my budget. She even seemed to know me well enough to find little things that I did not ask for but made the car even more perfect for me (i.e. I love the darker wheels, looks so much better with a black car. My new car came with that equipment even though I didn't think to add that when I built the car). I was reluctant to lease before, but it has worked well with my family and our needs.
