My only constructive criticism, and this is more due to my lack of defining what 'extras' I wanted, was that I didn't get the full complement of some of the newer technologies that vehicles sometimes have nowadays (motion operated tailgate). May I suggest sending the detail sheet on the specific vehicle to the client during their decision phase? I might, or might not, have agreed to the increase in the price. Thank you Chris! More

Saving My Time - My Most Valuable Resource I never realized how valuable a company such as D & M Leasing - Houston could be. Even though we are retired, we are still busy people with our hobbi I never realized how valuable a company such as D & M Leasing - Houston could be. Even though we are retired, we are still busy people with our hobbies, volunteer work, caring for aging parents and other family obligations. Finding the right car takes time, our most valuable asset, one that is not replaceable. First you must decide on the make and model, a color has to be found, a deal made....and on and on. D & M, along with Jeff and Chris took over this work! How awesome! We had a few phone calls and looked at 3 makes of cars and the rest was done for us. When we arrived to pick up our car (they did offer to deliver it to our home in Austin, but we wanted to see our grands nearby) was ready to our specifications, paperwork completed and ready to be signed. All we had to do was visit with Chris while we signed the papers. This is the only way we will EVER buy a car again! More

Great Experience First time leasing I had heard of D&M on the radio station and decided to try leasing for the first time. I googled leasing and got a basic understanding of how it works so I contacted D&M and Mark Nite helped answer other Questions about how a lease and D&M works with new customers and he found the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. Mark delivered my car faster and easier than I expected the whole process to be and I am very pleased with my contract and my car. Mark has stayed in touch to make sure I am happy it was a great experience vs dealing with a dealership and salesperson. There was only 1 credit inquiry into my credit report whereas the last time I bought a vehicle the salesman made multiple inquiries which irritated me but not at D&M I was very pleased about that. More
