Professional and refreshing I contacted D & M Leasing via internet a couple of days before Christmas. I Received a follow up immediately informing me a Representative would be co I contacted D & M Leasing via internet a couple of days before Christmas. I Received a follow up immediately informing me a Representative would be contacting me. A couple of hours later Ted Ven contacted me. I informed Ted what I was looking for and he asked a few questions. Wasn't long he sent me a picture and details of a vehicle that met my criteria. I gave Ted the go ahead and he facilitated the necessary protocol to get the deal done. He came to me and met me to close on the deal. Then when my vehicle arrived in town he delivered it to me personally on Christmas Eve at 6:30 pm! Who does that?? I heard about D & M Leasing on KTRH Radio. They are everything that they claim to be. Ted was so professional. Ted's communication and follow up was excellent. I must say that this experience was so refreshing.
