It's great - he finds the exact car, negotiates with several dealerships to get the best deal, looks at the best leasing or financing options, handles all the paperwork and delivers the car. I tried this last time to use a buying service through my credit union thinking I would eliminate all the hassle, but once I got into the dealership they immediately did the whole "let me go talk to my manager" thing and tried to renegotiate the supposed no-hassle deal. We walked out and called Petin at D&M. He's the best! More
