Just straightforward honest and professionalism every step of the way. I was introduced to Troy by my boss and I had never even heard of buying/leasing a vehicle in this manner. I will never do it any other way or with anyone other than Troy Killian. I first spoke to Troy on a Friday at noon and asked, "Ok, so how does this whole process work?" By 7:30pm the following day Troy delivered the car of my dreams to my door and drove away in the trade-in. I barely ever got off the couch! So if D&M Leasing wants to see me again, they need to keep Troy around! BTW, I got a brand new badass BMW 535i but I could't pick a brand unless I selected "Sales (Used)", it was NEW, not used. More

There is so much time wasted in trying to decide which dealership to start with, or how many to go to before finally settling on the one car and/or deal you want - and then just hoping you made the right decision in the end.... Troy Killian, with D&M Leasing, made this process painless! Once the car I wanted was decided on he had it in my driveway within 48 hours (it had to be brought in from another city) and we signed papers at my dining room table, which took all of 15 minutes. I happened to be trading in a car as well so not only did Troy bring my new car to my home, he then drove my trade in off. This was truly the easiest car purchase that I have ever done and I look forward to working with Troy and D&M in the future when the time comes for me to trade in the vehicle that I am now driving and enjoying. More
