I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bob. I was in a uniquely difficult position: My late-model Volvo Wagon (my favorite car I'd ever driven) had been totaled by a drunk driver, but I h Bob. I was in a uniquely difficult position: My late-model Volvo Wagon (my favorite car I'd ever driven) had been totaled by a drunk driver, but I had bought it recently enough that the whole award from insurance went to my credit union. Meantime, I'm working as a contractor (good income, but not "verifiable employment") and my recent divorce had put a hurt on my credit. I'd been to a couple other dealers and was starting to fear I'd be stuck with a really downmarket deal like a DriveTime. I went into AutoFlex as a walk-in and told Bob my situation. He was not only sympathetic and helpful, but made the process fun. He helped me find several cars that fit my criteria and once we focused on a newer Volvo wagon, he made the process super-easy. By late the next day I was driving my new car. Autoflex had the selection I needed and Bob made the deal happen without ever making it seem the least bit difficult.
