I had a water leak - they tried for 2 days to find it - but were unable to find it. I was provided a loaner car (NEW- this is important since I live in KY (Ohio county) and am a single woman) AND siince th but were unable to find it. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect and I have put it on Facebook and told everyone at the hospital about this service. They already knew my car was WONDERFUL. I'm recommending a Pathfinder to a friend - hope someone calls me r/t this. I left my number last night. I wish I could remember the two men's name - one behind the counter and the mechanic working on my car - they made me want to come back to you for EVERYTHING - and I will buy my next vehicle at D-PATRICK - I'd recommend them to any and everyone. Comprehensive inspection for 40, 000 mile. Suspected brakes were worn, but service adviser said they were in good shape and noise was normal for amount of wear.
