When I tried to call the dealership the lady I spoke to said the sales person that sold me the car no longer worked there and transferred me to a manager. I left them a voicemail and never heard back from them until I wrote a review on another social media page. The GM called me a liar stating that I never called them. Their solution was to get another car and add what they wouldn't pay off for my SUV to the new loan. HORRIBLE PLACE!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More

Apparently the directions sent with my accessories were outdated/incorrect for my vehicle. Adam handled it very friendly and professionally. Also gave me a rental car for my inconvenience. This was my second experience with D-Patrick Nissan. I came in early to see about trading in my leased Nissan Sentra early because of the great rebate Nissan was offering. I contacted Scott to see when he came in early to see about trading in my leased Nissan Sentra early because of the great rebate Nissan was offering. I contacted Scott to see when he was able to meet with me and he is the greatest! He told me that Kevin had been trying to contact me to come in but was having difficulty getting in touch with me and he was glad I had called. When I showed up at the store they were both there to welcome me back! You feel like family once you have purchased/leased a vehicle from them. They really take care of you and are willing to take time to answer all your questions. I already knew that Nissan had a really good deal with the Nissan Jukes and was excited to see them. Both Scott and Kevin were great and knew exactly what I wanted. Kevin took so much time with me to "walk" me through the entire vehicle. He's a great guy, so friendly! I have sent 2 family members to D-Patrick to lease cars and will continue to sing their praises! As long as the service and price is right I will continue to be loyal to D-Patrick! I tell people all the time when they start talking about purchasing a vehicle to go to D-Patrick, they are good people! D-Patrick is lucky to have Kevin Whittaker on their team, he is a great guy and I will continue to ask for Kevin in the future! I cannot say enough about Scott Grammer, he is great at what he does and a genuine person. More
