Great Efficiency Took my car in for service, saw Greg. Told me I did not need service; just inspection and needed to replace seat belt buckle which he ordered immediat Took my car in for service, saw Greg. Told me I did not need service; just inspection and needed to replace seat belt buckle which he ordered immediately. Washed and vacuumed car, out within one hour. Buckle came in following day. Part 2: Went in yesterday to replace buckle, saw Kevin, very efficient. Made sure the job was done promptly and the car washed and vacuumed. Excellent service guys! Wish everywhere was like this. Nonetheless, when I limped into the service department without an appointment, they were able to take me in, and provided a loaner while repairs were being done. When I first came in, we were unaware of the cause of the failure, but this didn't matter to Mike. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and we were kept advised of the progress throughout. A very positive experience. More
