There was absolutely no way the tire was damaged in some sort of impact. It was a manufacturing defect. Price discussion took no more that 30 minutes to include options and financing. The entire team (Jay Cirocco - Salesman) from intro, to sales, to car genius, to financing were all great. And, I was able to monitor the progress along the way. Very cool. Salesman was very communicative, as was the sales manager.
