Overall great I searched numerous BMW sites for exactly what I wanted in a certified pre-owned vehicle. My searches always brought me back to Mt Kisco. Mt Kisco seems to have a strategy of putting their best price out there and avoid the haggling process. I couldn't find a better deal. I did most of my communication over email and phone. Really Fast, from Order to Delivery I signed the purchase contract on a Tuesday; and by the following Thursday (9 days later) the vehicle (an X5 with lots of options) had been custom bui I signed the purchase contract on a Tuesday; and by the following Thursday (9 days later) the vehicle (an X5 with lots of options) had been custom built in South Carolina and was sitting waiting for me at the dealership in Mt Kisco. And, I was able to monitor the progress along the way. Very cool. Salesman was very communicative, as was the sales manager.
