Jack and the manager, Steve, are very courteous and helpful when describing different options for the type of car you are looking for. On this last car I bought, I had several requests from changing grilles to powder coating the wheels. All of my requests were met at a reasonable charge and the car was delivered exactly how I invisinioned it. In addition, the entire staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process from the finance department to the BMW Genius, Emerson Osorio, who spent numerous amounts of time going over the car with me once I picked it up. BMW Mt. Kisco is the only place for me! More
