Horrible experience with service advisor Jason I purchased a CPO BMW X3 from here and that entire process went well. However, the front panel on my windshield was lifting so the guy told me to come I purchased a CPO BMW X3 from here and that entire process went well. However, the front panel on my windshield was lifting so the guy told me to come back the next day to have it fixed. I dropped my car off about a week later and my husband picked it up for me. The following morning I saw that the panel was still lifting and now the right reflector on my bumper was missing. I called to talk to Jason who helped me that day and he rushed me off the phone saying he would have to check the video surveillance to see if my car came in with the reflector on in the first place! To make a long story short I was appalled and felt insulted. He never returned my call until I called the manager and of course my reflector was there. I had to take a trip back there for them to put it back on and then he told me the front panel looked fine to him and that's the way it was made. No apology from him at all. More

I've done my homework on the X6 but what impressed me most is that Mike is very knowledgeable with the high tech gadgetry of the car. Excellent Service Fast, professional service. They go out of their way to please you. I had my car in on a freezing cold day and the car wash brushes were frozen so the Fast, professional service. They go out of their way to please you. I had my car in on a freezing cold day and the car wash brushes were frozen so they told me they couldn't clean my very salty car. I was unhappy about this (but I didn't make a big deal about it). 30 minutes after I left the car with them, they called me and said that they would take it to a brushless car wash in town in order to ensure I had a clean car. That extra mile meant a lot. More
