Representative, Seth Williams kept me in-the-loop on progress via iMessage and ensured I was able to make my necessary meetings on-time and with little to no hassle by having their service shuttle me to the train station. A consummate professional who takes his job and customers concerns very seriously. An asset to all those who interact with him daily. More

VERY POOR service Don't buy any protection program from BMW business manger Joe Buontempo. After a very long delay, you may finally get his service, but his service is worse than pathetic because he did NOT do the job. When I walked in to pick up my car, I just could not belive he did not do any promised service, he did not even bother to explain to me. Only sent his worthless apologiies later. He really reminds me of old snack oil salesman, promised the whole world to get your money for nothing to offer back. I do like my car but not their post sale service. Their managers are OK, but not too responsitve either. More
