I traveled to Mt. Kisco from Huntington, Long Island instead of using the BMW dealership around the corner from my house! The main reason was for my salesperson, JERIC Kisco from Huntington, Long Island instead of using the BMW dealership around the corner from my house! The main reason was for my salesperson, JERICK ROSARIO! He was knowledgeable, answered every question and went to any lengths to explain the car, illustrate the car and, in the end, he satisfied every question. He answered every text I sent with more questions and answered every email promptly. The dealership, itself, was another reason - the staff is friendly and inviting and the environment is just luxurious! And, finally, the financial manager was kind, extremely helpful and did everything she could to make the deal work for me! She was sincerely interested in me and wanted to help me get to my goal of leasing a BMW (and she did!). Also, I want to mention that when I sat down to do all the paperwork the woman (sorry, I don't remember her name) who prepared all the papers for me to sign was so friendly and explained everything I was signing so clearly. So professional! All of these reasons made this dealership the ideal place to lease my first BMW. Rest assured.that in 3 years, when my lease is over, I will be coming back to Westchester to lease another and, hopefully, Jerick will be able to help me again. More

Did not reset computer after service. Stated brakes were replaced when they were not. Still have problems with windows opening without initiation Kind but clueless. Deceptive dealership with young inexperienced sales staff. Manager talks poorly of other dealers, when he himself is dishonest. Only good thing about this delaership is the Service department.
