I noticed at the end of a work day when my car had been sitting all day, that it started very sluggishly. Anticipating colder weather and desiring not to be stranded, I called the dealership on my way home sitting all day, that it started very sluggishly. A customer service person answered, then transferred me to the Manager's voice mail. I figured I might hear from him in the morning. Five minutes later, he called and told me to bring the car in the following morning and they would look at it and take care of it. I arrived at 8:30AM the next day and there was paperwork ready to go, they took the car immediately, gave me a ride to an appointment, picked me up an hour later, and the car was completely checked and a new battery installed. I didn't have to wait at all. I confess I have grown quite skeptical about customer service pretty much everywhere but this really was exceptional. Everyone was professional, friendly, and competent. I always leave Mt. Kisco BMW feeling like they just can't do enough or be any friendlier. I brought my car in for it's NYS annual inspection and in addition they did an oil change and changed my wiper blades do enough or be any friendlier. I was even offered a loaner car for the time period incase I needed to do any errands. They also washed my car and cleaned the floor mats! No reason to buy a car anywhere else in my opinion.
