After we made our purchase he even took quite a bit of time out to show us all the features, demonstrated them for us and had us repeat them to insure we knew how to work everything from folding seats down, to removing them, down to how to change the time on the clock!!! Truely wonderful. An absolute assest to your business. Will highly recommend to anyone I know looking for a new car. More

Herbie is very attentive and friendly. He is NOT you typical high pressure salesman. He is not great remembering names of past customers, but he knew we had been to him before which is a plus in my book typical high pressure salesman. AS much as people always complaining and make a bad name for things, I also like to commend people for great work too. My only criticism would be with the credit department. They were VERRRRRRY slow in calling us in to finish the paperwork. He was very nice when we got in the office, but it was uncomfortably slow. Thanks Herbie, we will see you again, and a referral! We ended up buying a car that I never had heard of (Honda Crosstour) however it was the perfect fit for my daughter since it had all the features we were looking for and a 9.9 safety rating. Any other dealer (I have previously purchased over 20 cars and have extensive experience with dealers) would have kept pushing us to buy the first model we test drove but Kristen wanted to make sure we bought the best car for us. Besides her patience Kristen knew not only the Honda product line but the comparable products. She throughly explained all of the differences between the different cars (I know since while we were at DC Honda I checked on my blackberry). It was refreshing to deal with a car salesperson who was honest and helpfull. I plan on purchasing at least one and maybe two more cars from DC Honda and Kristen in the near future. More
