For about 20 minutes i was in the showroom and no one asked me if I wanted assistance. I got back in my car and drove down to Greenwich to Lexus of Greenwich, got out of my car and within 40 seconds I was approached and asked if they could help me. No longer invisible, I bought a car from them. This time around I decided to give my local dealer a chance again, I was no longer invisible but did not feel the salesman was being forthright with me concerning my trade in. So Back to Lexus of Greenwich I went after selling my trade in to Car Max. There I was met instantly and referred to Steve Zinaman where I discussed what I wanted and what I did not want and I believe that we close on a deal in about 35 minutes with Lexus of Greenwich beating my local dealers out the door price and a fantastic rate of 1.9 financing. Car Service I brought my car in for new brake pads. After I picked up car we notice a vibration when driving over 65mph. Had to dropp off car again. After 3 days I brought my car in for new brake pads. After I picked up car we notice a vibration when driving over 65mph. Had to dropp off car again. After 3 days we were told that they could figure it out. Could be tires but our tires are 5 months old. My husband was told that we have to live with it until we buy new tires. Never getting another Lexus from this dealership.Phillip Boutall was really nice to us but that did not help. More

When I asked Michael for his best price, he gave me that without any hesitation. I also visited another dealer and found that the best price they had was comparable to what Mike had offered; however, the process with this dealer was not smooth and I was disappointed by their pressure tactics. The other dealer had offered to pick up the last remaining payment on my prior lease as well as free scheduled maintenance for the first 2 years and Mike matched that. I went with Mike and Lexus of Greenwich because I trust Mike and, in the past, whenever an issue arose, Mike and Lexus of Greenwich were able to take care of the issue to my complete satisfaction. So, it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Lexus of Greenwich and, in particular, Mike Rosen. More

LOG (Lexus of Greenwich) provides service excellence that defines the brand. My ES was bumped in the rear on Saturday and Rob in the LOG body shop had both insurance companies talking by Monday. An appraisal was done on Wednesday and delivery made on Friday. Our claim was closed in less than one week and thanks to the conscientious efforts of LOG's body department, we were contacted by both insurance companies and LOG on a daily basis with status updates that capped off a model claim process with no hitches and a get it right the first time attitude from the outset. More
