Katie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and made the process go very smoothly when we finally selected the LS300 Hybrid. It rides very smoothly, is extremely quiet and has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car. My favorite feature is the keyless entry/start/exit lock.
