The experience began when Katie Koroleva, Sales Consultant, brought a new RX 350 to our home for me to see in person. From the moment I met Katie, I had confidence in the decision I was beginning to make. She demonstrated flawless knowledge and enthusiasm for this car which made me happy with my choice. She had an answer for every question I asked, and IF she did not have the answer, she took notes and got back to me a short time later. Katie is very patient, especially when I was indecisive about what color I wanted. When I finally made up my mind, the rest of the transaction moved swiftly. When I took delivery of the car, Katie showed me all of the important features I needed to know in order to drive away from the showroom with confidence. She knew and understood my attention span. She knew just when to say, "That is enough knowledge for today." After I took delivery, I had two small issues which could have been disturbing, but Katie and management took care of everything effortlessly (for me) and very quickly.
