John was absolutely fantastic in finding the right car for me. I purchased a 2011 Eos with the special financing offer. My two color choices were blue or black. When it didn't pan out, he found a black model that I could have in 24 hours! John was extremely responsive to my emails throughout the day and keeping me posted on his search progress. I contacted two other dealerships in the area, but neither was able to keep up with John's attentiveness. Duane was a pleasure to work with at the dealership. He was very friendly and made the process painless. It has been 7 years since I bought a new car and the technology has changed so much. Duane took the time to show me all of the wonderful new features. We had a good laugh at my reaction to the key :) I can hoonestly say that this wasd the first time I actually enjoyed spending time with a car salesman!! Very impressed with my overall experience. My Nissan Altima was totaled, and needed a new car. I test drove a new Jetta after speaking with Thomas. He was informed, polite, relaxed and very helpful. Still wasn't sold but spoke to Thomas again with my wife and felt that the best car also had the best salesman. I decided on the Jetta andafter work Thomas, Wendy, and Jessy stayed until 9pm working to get the car in my hands that night Thomas even returned my rental car to Enterpriz, Thomas had it delivered to a local representitive and saved my a drive to Manassas. I was in a major car accident in which I was almost killed and none of the airbags in my elantra deployed. I was then forced to purchase a new car since the elantra was totalled. When my father and I arrived, Thomas and Nishant were there to greet us. When they said they could "wow" us, we thought they were joking. As the day unfolded, they certainly "wowed" us with their superb customer service and their diligence to get me a great car at a great price. Realizing of course, that they did not have to go above and beyond, they both exceeded expectations. They have both made my life easier and now I can sleep better at night knowing that I am driving a much better car. From this point forward, I will always drive a Volkswagen and will continue to give them my business.
