These aren't typical commuter miles, they're accumulated while teaching drivers how to push a Corvette to its limits through hard acceleration, high-speed track sessions, emergency braking, slalom courses, skid pad exercises, and repeated performance driving. While these cars are designed for it and are reportedly maintained regularly, buyers should understand they're purchasing a vehicle with a VERY different history than one driven 11,000 miles on public roads. My biggest issue came after the sale. The car included a CornerStone service contract issued in my name, identifying me as the Contract Holder. After I sold the car, I canceled the contract and a refund of approximately $3,648 was generated. DC Motors kept the refund, claiming it belonged to them because they originally included the contract with the vehicle. I disagree and am pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels. Read every document carefully, ask questions in writing, and understand exactly what rights you have before purchasing. Shame on you DC Motors. Dont be so greedy, Doug More
